  • Collaborate with staff to design, install, and care for garden spaces and landscaping features
  • Support the development and delivery of horticulture-based educational content for youth programs
  • Help with supply inventory management, tool maintenance, and general upkeep of horticultural facilities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to youth participants and interns engaging in urban agriculture projects
  • Assist with the sale and distribution of farm produce through community events, markets, or other channels
  • Engage in professional development through on-the-job training, workshops, and skill-building opportunities

Eligibility:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education or experience in horticulture, agriculture, environmental science, or related areas
  • Knowledge of sustainable growing practices, permaculture, or urban farming techniques
