What will you do as a Horticultural Crew Leader?

· Work outdoors on amazing properties.

· Get your hands dirty pruning, planting, and weeding.

· Lead a small team of awesome people.

· Play with flowers of all shapes and sizes.

· Geek out on plants everyday.

What skills, knowledge, and experience do you need as a Horticultural Crew Leader?

· Have two or more years working in a professional fine gardening setting.

· Knowledge of New England plant material and horticultural practices.

· Have a detailed eye with a clean aesthetic

· A desire to create, install, and maintain stunning decor displays through each season.

· The demeanor and drive to lead a team.

· Effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.

· Driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to get a DOT medical card.

Salary: Up to $27 / hour

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal

Shift and Schedule: Daytime, Monday – Friday with some Saturdays

Qualifications:

· Horticulture: 2 years (Required)

· Driver's License (Required)

· Work authorization (Required)

· Ability to be on your feet (moving, climbing, and bending) for 8+ hours per day and routinely lift 50 lbs

Salary: Up to $27.00 per hour
